Well, before I bought Suikoden Tierkreis off of Auction.co.kr. So far, I have not regretted the purchase.

The game is VERY different than previous Suikodens, but is phenomenally good.

I won't go into details right now, however. That I will wait for until I finish the game and write a review.

In other news, Roh Moo Hyun, the former South Korean President, died last Saturday of apparent suicide. It was shocking and unexpected.

Some other thing that's going on just now: North Korea tested yet another nuclear weapon or something. On a message board I frequent, people are basically calling NK a real life troll.

Another news I read of: In China, there was this guy standing on a ledge contemplating jumping. So, this other guy goes up there and pushes the guy, noting that it's bothersome that the would-be jumper guy was stopping traffic or something. Luckily, no one died from it. Apparently the pushing guy had a history of mental issues.

I dreamed that my mother bought candy, but I couldn't find it. Also, the latest Garfield comic strip had a comment about China and Korea. Furthermore, I was given a few papers with holes on the side (for binder) which I placed inside a binder. There was also a cup of water, which was spilled.

Eventually, the candy was found.

I've got a certain condition, but luckily it's not diabetes.

Anyhow, I went to a certain NW manhwa store, and got some good deals. I plan to return later next week. My main prerogative when I go next time is: "박수칠떼, 떠나라" (leave before you overstay your welcome). I spent WAY too much time perusing the place.

I've noticed that I like a lot of series that many dislike, for instance Mar (메드). Also, I tend to dislike some that are greatly acclaimed, aka "Soul Eater" and "DN Angel"; the series never really appealed too much.

Yesterday, I went to a health center, simply to get my height and weight stats, and ended up doing/getting a full health report. It was worthwhile, because I found out my weak points and strong points. On the positive side, I have quick reflexes (mostly due to the fact that I don't hear others, while others hear me), while on the negative side, I'm very inflexible.

I love the song "Don't Wait" by Dashboard Confessional. If I can, I'll get their latest CD, simply because the group's songs/vocals are terrific.

A few days ago, though I missed it, the Olympic torch was in Seoul. I really wish I could've seen it myself. There's a lot of controversy about Tibet and the Chinese Olympics. In all honesty, though I know very little, I think it would be awful to cancel/boycott the Olympics because of political manners. The "main purpose" of the Olympics is international cooperation. Of course, as I noted, I know very little about the impending issues.

About the economy...I hope Korea won't undergo an economic depression, but I realize there is a bit of inflation, even worldwide. Still, I realize it's best to not panic nor cause panic.

I made curry yesterday, and it wasn't too bad (because I normally hate it). WHOO!

Tomorrow is Korean Labor Day, a national holiday. (근로자의 날).

In the first one, they were touring China. There was darkness in some parts of the city and in one part, there was a man who refused to be kissed because he was engaged and had never been kissed. Later on, when the Backstreet Boys group was leaving China, they were told they weren't allowed to bring females with them back to America. They brought a few males. Somehow, the females came to America with them, and when they had to go back to China, the guys of the group gave them coats.

In the other dream, the youngest female child of the Cosby show was being an anti-feminist. She was talking to the Huxtables how females should be cooking or something and made a jibe at the male butler of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air show. He went out of the room and was pouring ice into a bucket.

Then, the butler brought creme-filled donuts to the Backstreet Boys and they cheered. One of the group ate only half a donut at first, then ate the rest later. Afterwards, the group was doing a concert, but there was only four of them. Also, they didn't look like the original members.

First of all, the Korean peoples consist of two countries, South Korea and North Korea, divided in the 1950s due to war along communist / free lines. South Korea is recognized as the official "Korea".

The population of South Korea is roughly 40-50 million. That's about 1/3-1/2 the population of Japan, which now stands at 120 million. There are 40-50 million people in South Korea. Roughly 70 million Koreans total.

And that's where I'd like to make a point. Compared to other nations, like America, Japan, China, and the United Kingdom, Korea, or basically South Korea is less in size and population. And yet, it is seen as the 11th in rank economically and as an international nation.

Is a part of Korean history, and has been recognized as such since the independence of Korea.

HOwever, the Chinese government has done subterfuge by aiming to steal Korea's past kingdom. Simply, by giving it another name in Chinese, and "claiming" its history by using the weak North Korean dictator Kim Jung-Il.

If China succeeds in its attempted theft of Koguryeo, then Korea's past will be put on hiatus. China will think it's able to takeover Korean land, "claiming" it as Chinese. It already has tried such by invading Korean territorial waters.

Korea has a unique culture, language, and people. What the Chinese government is doing (brainwashing their people by blocking Korean historical sites, for instance), is disgusting and ludicrous.
